Ordering

Q: Is it safe to order medicines from Pharma-Suppliers.com?

A: Yes. We are a registered pharmaceutical exporter based in India. All medicines we supply are manufactured in WHO-GMP certified facilities and have passed quality testing. We have been supplying pharmaceutical products internationally for several years. Your order is handled securely, shipped discreetly.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our product categories, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders. Payment options are shown at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch your order within 2–4 working days.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: For most products, the minimum order is 30 tablets. We also offer trial packs of 10 tablets for select products, which are ideal if you are ordering from us for the first time. Trial pack options are shown on the individual product pages.

Q: Can I order if I don't have a prescription?

A: We supply generic medicines for personal use to adult buyers. Many of our customers order without a prescription. However, we strongly recommend consulting a doctor before starting any new medication — especially if you have existing health conditions or take other medicines. Your health and safety come first.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately via  email. After 12 hours, orders may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but our refund and reship policy still applies if issues arise.

 

Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept the following payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bank wire transfer, Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, and others), and select regional payment methods. All available methods are displayed at checkout. If you have a question about a specific payment method, contact us before ordering.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes. Our website is SSL encrypted (you will see the padlock in your browser). We do not store your card details on our servers. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your financial information is never shared with any third party.

Q: Will my bank statement show 'Pharma-Suppliers' or any medicine name?

A: No. Your bank statement will show a neutral, non-descriptive merchant name — not 'Pharma-Suppliers' or any medicine-related name. We understand discretion matters and ensure your financial privacy completely.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes. We offer a 10% more pilld on your second order onwards — use the code available on your order mail. We also offer quantity discounts: the more you order, the lower the per-tablet price. Returning customers receive loyalty discount codes by email. Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive offers.

 

Delivery & Shipping

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment. Delivery to the UK and Europe typically takes 7–14 working days. Delivery to the USA, Canada, and Australia typically takes 10–18 working days. Full delivery time estimates by region are available on our Delivery Information page.

Q: Will my order be sent in discreet packaging?

A: Absolutely. Every order is shipped in a plain, unmarked box. There are no medicine names, pharmacy logos, or any indication of the contents on the outside. Only your name and address appear on the label. Inside, medicines are in their original manufacturer sealed packaging.

Q: Do you provide a tracking number?

A: Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online. You can check the status of your delivery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: What happens if my order does not arrive?

A: If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, first check your tracking number. If the shipment is confirmed lost, contact us with your order number. We will either reship your full order free of charge . We stand fully behind every order we send.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We ship worldwide to most countries including the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Some countries have restrictions on importing pharmaceutical products. If you are unsure about your country, please contact us before ordering — we will advise you honestly.

Q: Who pays customs duties?

A: Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT in your country are the responsibility of the buyer. In most cases, personal-use orders pass through customs without any additional charges. However, this varies by country and is outside our control. We always declare shipments accurately.

 

Products & Medicines

Q: Are your generic medicines the same as branded versions like Viagra or Cialis?

A: Yes, in terms of the active ingredient and therapeutic effect. Generic Sildenafil contains the same active ingredient as Viagra (Sildenafil Citrate) in the same dose. Generic Tadalafil is identical in active ingredient to Cialis. Generics are manufactured to the same pharmacological standards — they are bioequivalent to the branded product. The only difference is the price: generics cost a fraction of what branded medicines cost.

Q: Where are the medicines manufactured?

A: All medicines we supply are manufactured by licensed pharmaceutical companies in India. India is one of the world's leading producers of generic medicines, and our supplier facilities are certified under WHO-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Brands include Centurion Laboratories, Sun Pharma, Cipla, and other well-known Indian manufacturers.

Q: Are the medicines genuine? How do I know they are not fake?

A: All products are sourced directly from licensed Indian pharmaceutical manufacturers and come in original, sealed manufacturer packaging. We do not deal in counterfeit or substandard medicines. If you receive a product that appears tampered with or damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we will replace it at no cost.

Q: What strength should I order?

A: For Sildenafil (ED treatment), the standard starting dose is 50mg. Most men use 100mg for reliable results. If you are unsure, start with 50mg and adjust based on your experience. We always recommend consulting a doctor for personal medical advice on dosage. More dosage guidance is available on each individual product page.

Q: Can I take these medicines if I have a health condition or take other medicines?

A: This is a medical question and we strongly advise you to consult your doctor. Sildenafil and Tadalafil should not be taken with nitrate medicines (used for heart conditions) as this combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. If you have heart disease, liver or kidney problems, or take any prescription medicines, always check with your doctor before ordering.

 

Privacy & Discretion

Q: Will anyone know what I ordered?

A: No. Your order information is strictly private. We do not share customer data with any third party. The outer packaging has no medicine names or pharmacy branding. Your bank statement shows a neutral merchant name. Our internal records are encrypted and protected. Your privacy is fully protected at every step.

Q: Do you sell or share my personal data?

A: Never. We collect only the information needed to process your order (name, address, email, and payment). This information is never sold, rented, or shared with any marketing company or third party. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us.

Q: Is my account safe?

A: Yes. Your account is protected by SSL encryption and a secure password. We recommend using a strong, unique password. We will never ask for your password by email or WhatsApp. If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from us, contact us immediately to verify.

 

Refunds & Returns

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: If your order is lost in transit, we will reship it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice. If you receive damaged or incorrect products, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns of opened medicine packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of approval. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method — typically 3–10 business days after we process it.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong product?

A: If you ordered the wrong product, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to adjust it before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot exchange the product, but please contact us and we will try to help.
